These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made via the FOR REAL Luxury Vintage webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Applicability

These terms apply to all agreements between FOR REAL Luxury Vintage and consumers purchasing products via the webshop. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.

2. Offer and Formation of Agreement

All offers on the webshop are non-binding. An agreement is concluded at the moment FOR REAL Luxury Vintage sends an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse an order or impose additional conditions.

All products are pre-owned vintage items. Each product is unique. Images and descriptions accurately represent the specific item being sold. We strive to describe the condition and any signs of use as thoroughly as possible.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices include VAT where applicable and exclude shipping costs, unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change.

Payment must be made via the payment methods offered at checkout. In the event of non-payment, FOR REAL Luxury Vintage reserves the right to cancel the order.

Import duties and taxes for deliveries outside the EU are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Delivery and Shipping

We aim to process and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are dispatched on business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery times are indicative and not binding.

The risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery. All shipments are sent fully insured and registered.

We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving reasons within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with Article 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code and EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt via info@forrealluxuryvintage.com, including your order number. After notification, you have a further 14 days to return the product.

Return conditions

•       The product must be unused and undamaged

•       The FOR REAL return tag must be intact and attached in its original position

•       The product must be returned in its original packaging

•       The right of withdrawal does not apply to items sourced specifically on your request or to personalised items

Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method within 14 days. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.

6. Authenticity and Product Condition

FOR REAL Luxury Vintage guarantees the authenticity of all products offered. All items are pre-owned pieces. Visible signs of use are described and photographed as accurately as possible in the product listing. Minor signs of use consistent with the listing description are not valid grounds for return or complaint.

Any known repairs or restorations are explicitly stated in the product description.

7. Complaints

Complaints regarding the condition of a product must be reported within 48 hours of receipt by email to info@forrealluxuryvintage.com, accompanied by photographs and the order number. Complaints submitted after this period cannot be processed.

We aim to resolve complaints within 2 business days.

8. Liability

FOR REAL Luxury Vintage is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profit. Our liability is in all cases limited to the purchase amount of the relevant order.

We are not liable for damage resulting from use, storage, or cleaning of a product after delivery.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including texts, photographs, and graphic material — is the property of FOR REAL Luxury Vintage or is used with the permission of the rights holder. Nothing on this website may be reproduced or published without prior written consent.

FOR REAL Luxury Vintage is not affiliated with the brands whose products we sell. All brand names are the property of their respective owners.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where FOR REAL Luxury Vintage is established, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

12. Changes

FOR REAL Luxury Vintage reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The most current version is available on the website.
