Every item on our website is authenticated, described in full, and photographed with care, so you can shop with confidence. If something isn't right, we want to make it right. Here is everything you need to know.

The window

Our return policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. That's your window — use it if you need it.

To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with the original FOR REAL return tag still attached exactly as received. Items must also be sent back in their original packaging. Please note the return costs are not covered by us. Kindly find detailed return shipping rates below.

Returns are not accepted on items sourced specifically on your request, or on any personalized pieces.

How it works

Starting a return

Here's what to do:
  1. Email us at info@forrealluxuryvintage.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions and the return label. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund amount. Do not send anything back before receiving confirmation — returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with the return tag intact and attached exactly as received. Ship it fully insured and tracked, with the return label we provided — return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll confirm your refund. You'll hear from us within 2 business days of receipt.

After we receive it

Your refund

Once your return has been inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Card refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

You'll receive a confirmation from us as soon as it's processed.

Rare but handled

Wrong or damaged item

We carefully check every piece before it leaves us. If something arrives different from what you ordered, or if there is a discrepancy with the listing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@forrealluxuryvintage.com.

Reports made after 48 hours cannot be processed. We know that's a tight window — please open your order as soon as it arrives.

Please note all of our items are pre-loved and therefore may show minor signs of wear — we call that character. We try our best to describe and depict signs of use in our listings as detailed as possible.
