When we ship

Dispatch & handling

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Weekend and public holiday orders are processed the following business day.

Once your order is packed and handed to our carrier, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number — so you always know where she is.

Shipping rates

We ship across Europe. Rates are calculated by order value and destination. Shipping costs include fully insured and registered shipping for all orders.

Order tracking

Every order is tracked from the moment it leaves us to the moment it reaches you. Your tracking number arrives with your shipping confirmation — use it to follow your order every step of the way.

Rare but handled

Missing packages

If your order doesn't arrive, we open an investigation with our carrier immediately. These investigations are conducted independently by the carrier and typically take 6 to 8 weeks — a timeline outside our control, but one we monitor closely.

If the package is confirmed lost, we will refund the full purchase amount. We do everything within our power to make sure the process runs as smoothly as possible for you.
