AUTHENTICATION

  • Yes. No grey zone.. Every piece is professionally authenticated before it's listed. We inspect hardware, stitching, date codes, leather grain, interior markings, and brand-specific construction details. If it’s not real, it’s not FOR REAL. Full stop.

  • Every piece goes through extensive thrid party authentication as well as passes our own authentication process before it's listed. No shortcuts. We combine hands-on expertise, brand-specific knowledge, and multi-point checks (materials, stitching, hardware, serials). Basically: obsessive attention to detail so you don’t have to second guess.

PRODUCTS

  • Because vintage isn’t mass-produced. Once it’s gone, it’s gone. (Yes, that’s your sign.)

  • No restocks. New drops only. When it’s gone, it’s gone, and the good ones go fast. want the first pick? Make sure to sign up for early access.

CONDITION

  • Always. What you see = exactly what you get. No stock images, no surprises.

  • Pre-loved. Which means: they’ve lived a life before you. Some look almost new, some show it. We show and tell everything that matters — so you can decide, not guess.

  • We use four grades, and we use them honestly.

    Excellent — no visible wear. Looks close to new. Hardware bright, interior clean, structure intact.

    Very Good — light signs of use consistent with age. May include minor surface marks, slight patina on vachetta, or faint corner softening. Nothing that affects the bag's appearance when worn.

    Good — pre-loved condition with visible wear that's been described and photographed in full. This may include, hardware scratches, fading or discolouration.

    Fair — significant wear. Listed transparently, priced accordingly. Still functional.

  • We highlight visible wear in both photos and description. Think scratches, fading, stains — the real stuff. If you’re unsure, ask. We’ll tell you straight.

  • Always. Email us or message via the contact page with the piece you're interested in. We'll send additional angles, close-ups of any wear, hardware, date codes — whatever you need.

PRICING

  • Because you’re buying pre-loved. Same icon, better price.

  • Condition, rarity, demand. A pristine classic costs more than a well-loved piece — and a rare find always hits different.

  • Some do. Many don’t. Buy it because you love it — anything else is a bonus.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

  • We ship across the EU. Shipping rates depend on your order amount and location.

  • We ship fast (usually within 1–2 business days). Delivery time depends on where you are — tracking included, always.

  • Every order is packaged to protect the piece in transit — tissue-wrapped, padded, and sealed. Each bag comes in a FOR REAL dustbag.

  • Yes. Fully insured, always. If something happens, we handle it as quickly as possible.

  • Of course. You’ll get a tracking link the moment it’s on the way.

RETURNS

  • Yes. If it’s not your thing, send it back within the return window, in the same condition you received it, tags still attached. Keep in mind return costs are on you. 

  • Once we receive and check the item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Card refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

TRUST & SAFETY 

  • From the right place, yes. Authentication, honest condition grading, full photography, insured shipping, and a transparent returns policy are what make it safe. All of those are standard here.

  • We track, investigate, and fix it. If it’s confirmed lost, you get refunded. If your order doesn't arrive, we open an investigation with our carrier immediately. These investigations are conducted independently by the carrier and typically take 6 to 8 weeks — a timeline outside our control, but one we monitor closely.

BUYING VINTAGE

  • It’s not new — and that’s the point. Expect character, not perfection. If you want brand new, buy retail. If you want iconic, you’re in the right place.

  • No. And that’s what makes it better.

  • Keep it stored in its dust bag when not in use. Avoid prolonged sunlight exposure on light leathers. For vachetta and untreated leathers, handle with clean hands and avoid water. For canvas, a soft dry cloth handles most surface marks. If in doubt on anything specific, ask us — we'll give you honest guidance for the piece you bought.
